National delivery

Slimetopia posts nationwide and utilise Australian Post as our primary delivery partner. Deliveries can take place any day of the week (Excluding public holidays and weekends).

Standard

Please allow the team 1-2 business days to dispatch your order. Once this has been dispatched and processed by our delivery partner, you will receive a notification and live updates if a request for tracking has been selected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive (varying on your location).

Express

Please allow the team 1-2 business days to dispatch your order. Please note that express deliveries will be actioned at a high priority over standard delivery.

Local Delivery

If you are located locally to the store, you will have the option to select a Local Delivery option where a member of our team will personally deliver your order to you within 1-2 business days at a flat fee of $15.  

Please note that if an incorrect delivery address has been provided, and the package has returned to us, you will be responsible for paying an additional delivery fee for this order to be redelivered. 

 

international Delivery 

We do not currently offer overseas delivery, however if you would like to send us an email with your order of over $100 AUD (excluding delivery) we may be able to accommodate your request depending on your location.

FAQ
  • Crystal Hunt Slime
    The crystals in this slime may vary from slime to slime. You will receive 1 larger crystal with each order, alongside a bag of crystal chips for you to add as you desire.
  • What if my slime is too sticky?
    This is a perfectly normal reaction of the slime beginning to deconstruct. To fix this simply follow the instructions of your care card included in your order by mixing the activator powder with 1 cup of warm water. slowly add this mixture (1/2 teaspoon at a time) until it has regained it form.
  • Is my slime edible?
    As delicious as your slime may smell or look, slime IS NOT edible.
  • What if the color of my slime looks a little faded.
    This is okay! This can happen if your slime has been sitting without touch for a bit of time. Simply play with it and it will return to it's original intended color.
  • I added too much activator, now my slime is too firm and not stretchy.
    Not too worry! This even happens at our shop from time to time. Simply pop the lid back on your slime and let it rest for a few days (This can vary with how overactivated the slime is), over time it will become more moldable.
  • What if the product I want is out of stock?
    We aim to maintain enough stock for all; however, this is limited. If we do run out of stock, rest assured we will be working to make more for you to enjoy and order with our weekly restocks.
  • What if something in my order is damaged?
    If this happens, please ensure you contact us with your order number, details and provide photos to the following email. slimetopia.info@gmail.com
  • Do you offer returns
    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and returns on our products for hygienic purposes. Please ensure that you have double checked your order before placing.
  • Refunds on Orders
    At Slimetopia we pride ourselves on a positive customer experience. We reserve the right to decline the request for refunds based on the below, however may be excluded under certain circumstance. A refund MAY be issued for the below. - Not Delivered - Faulty Product) - Packing Error A refund WILL NOT be issued for the following: - You decide you no longer want the product/s. - Cancelling the order after it has been shipped. - Slime care instructions aren’t followed accordingly, and the slime - becomes over-activated. - Slime is under activated on arrival and customer declines reactivating it. - The texture or scent isn’t to one’s preference. - Incorrectly ordering a product (please check your cart before checkout). - Customer decided to cancel order after shipping has been confirmed. - Incorrect or invalid address has been provided upon checkout. - A decline in providing photo/ video proof of substandard product for investigation.
